Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment and will be charged to your credit card on file. If you are paying with a gift certificate you will forfeit the full amount of your gift certificate. If their card is declined, the client will not be allowed to reschedule until the fee is paid in its entirety.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Their card on file will be charged a service fee equal to 100% of their missed” appointment. If their card is declined, the client will not be allowed to reschedule until the fee is paid in its entirety.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late you may not be allowed to participate in group classes. Late arrivals interrupt the group and the schedule. Out of respect and consideration to Erin Arnett and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Return Policy: I do not offer refunds on payments for services already provided. If you are unhappy with your service you are asked to communicate with me during your session and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. I do not offer refunds on gift certificates unless there is a medical emergency or you are unable to schedule with me due to a lack of availability on my part. I do not offer refunds on payments or deposits made on any package or off site service. No refunds will be provided for deposits, monies paid or cancellations received less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment.
Inappropriate and disrespectful behavior is never tolerated and is taken very seriously. All clients are expected to act appropriately and respectfully to their Erin Arnett, the office, other tenants of the building, other clients, the supplies and the building. If a client is deemed to have acted inappropriately or disrespectfully Erin Arnett reserves the right to discontinue the session, refuse treatment/ participation, contact the appropriate authorities and the client will be charged for the “full” session plus a $100 fee.
Assume Risk
Please be aware that all group classes come with risk and are considered the risk of the participant. If you have any of the contraindicated mental or physical health issues you will not participate without the consent of Erin Arnett and a medical health provider. You are also expected to participate only as much as you are physically able to.
Medical Treatment
All classes provided by Breathe Galveston and Erin Arnett are not a substitution for physical or mental healthcare and you are to remain under the guidance of a medical professional. Erin Arnett is not a medical professional. All classes are to be done in conjunction with your current physical or mental health treatment with the consent of your physical or mental health provider.
